The seller (Dickson) respond to messages quickly.
There's one hiccup in the color of the stitches of the straps, but Dickson immediately replaces it. I waited for an extra 1 week which is not a big deal for me.
I was very happy when I received the strap. It came with a beautiful case. If you are looking for a birthday gift, this is a good option.
I purposely wait for a month so I can review the strap well. The Strap is a bit tight when I first used it. The strap became soft after using it for more than a month. The strap fits snuggly on my strap now.
Overall, I love the strap!
